Returns Policy

At Quality Locks & Homeware Ltd, we pride ourselves on having the highest levels of customer service, and we will do our best to help you in any situation. 

Returns

In the unlikely event you need to return your item a refund, please return it within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging.

If there is a fault or problem with the item, your postage to return the item to us will be refunded (please send us the original copy of the return postage receipt). You will then have the option for either a full refund or an item exchange.

If there is no fault with the item and you are returning it because you no longer need or want the item, we are happy to grant a refund for the item. However, we will be unable to issue a refund for the postage cost of returning the item to us. 

Exchanges

In the event you have received the correct item but wish to exchange it for another item, please return it within 14 days, unused and in the original packaging.  We will not be able to issue a refund for the postage cost of returning the item to us.
